FAQs

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY PRE-ORDER?
Orders are charged immediately upon checkout.

 

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We work with a pre-order system - this means that we will start production after all orders have been processed and shipment will begin 4-6 weeks after the initial order day. You will receive an email from us once your order has been shipped. This can take up to 7 business days until the process is completed.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

You can cancel a pre-order at any time during the pre-order week by contacting our Customer Service team at support@peggygoods.com. Please note that a cancellation after production is not possible anymore and no returns are accepted. 

 

WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES ABOUT MY PRE-ORDER?

Please get in touch with our Customer Service team at support@peggygoods.com who will be happy to help you with any requests.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept ApplePay, GooglePay and Visa / Mastercard payment. 

 

I NOTICED THAT MY PERSONAL DETAILS ARE INCORRECT AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED THE ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you realise your personal details are incorrect, please send an email to the Customer Care team at support@peggygoods.com. Please note that we cannot edit any delivery information once your order is ready for dispatch.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES?

All orders from Peggy Goods are subject to "DDU" (Delivery Duty Unpaid) customs: the indicated price of the product does not include taxes and VAT. The recipient is responsible for all import fees, custom taxes and local taxes imposed by the country to which the shipment is made. The payment of these taxes is required in order to relieve the order from custom charges. We cannot predict what the amount to pay for taxes and customs will be, therefore we ask that you check before making an order. In any case, the mail courier can present you with a separate invoice for the local taxes that need to be paid. Refunds are not offered in the event customs and import duties are not paid by customer.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR USE FREIGHT FORWARDERS?

Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office mailbox addresses or addresses where hold mail requests have been made. We do not ship via freight forwarders.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received by our warehouse and complies with our Returns Policy, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please be aware that returned payments can take up to 7 working days to become effective in your Paypal account. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. Please note that refunds are not offered in the event customs and import duties are not paid by customer. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We unfortunately do not offer exchanges as we work with a pre-order system and only produce what is being purchased.

Please note that we unfortunately do not accept any order cancellations as these automatically get forwarded to our warehouse system. 
 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 

Due to Covid-19 related health and safety measurements we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of faulty products.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES? 

If a customer refuses to pay import taxes, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued after it has successfully arrived back. Please note that a service fee composed of the imposed charges upon us to return the package are deducted from the final refund payout.
